I was working on a novella called Mayhem, Maybe, about a Greek god hunting down a rogue trickster. Where Did Your Idea Come From For This Book? Inspiration meets lust and the end result.Love. This title describes what happens when the God of Lust (Eros) meets the son of one of the Nine Muses. For example, book 2 is called Dirty Deeds, and the final book is Mayhem, Maybe. It is the first of the trilogy and I wanted all the titles to reflect the nature of the protagonists. In the case of this trilogy, the cases are all very close to her heart. The primary mission of the Aphrodite Project is to hide the existence of the gods and goddesses from humanity. Its called The Aphrodite Project, the premise is that the goddess Aphrodite runs a security/investigation firm. The 2022-2023 TV season started out with three-part crossover between the three Law & Order shows, which obviously will not be the case for this fall. Depending on how the upcoming finales end, it might be downright weird if Stabler in particular is MIA until January or later. So, does this also mean that the OC task force will simply be working entirely off screen for the first few months of the 2023-2024 TV season, with fans forced to revisit old episodes via Peacock subscription while L&O and SVU get new episodes? Only time will tell, but I’m hoping that OC stars get some guest appearances or at least off-screen updates in the fall. Holding the fourth season of Law & Order: Organized Crime until midseason could mean that Stabler, Bell, and all the rest won’t actually return to primetime as series regulars until early 2024. Solid and intriguing, yet not as much brilliant as my favorites. Yet, what I still miss is the MOA stuff - it's not so much an academy setting this time.Īs much I'm happy to see the GG and some past snippets again, it doesn't hit the amazing flow of the first installments. I like that it's not such a stereotypical story ( Zero the Hero Holub, Joan, Lichtenheld, Tom on. There's nice team work how Artemis would solve the trouble and it gets a neat, yet a little bit also surprising solution. Will Artemis get her very first real real kiss?Īnd the myth of Arethusa, as well as four nymphs- well researched from mythology and neatly introduced as characters. This time it's crush trouble and a bit of jealousy. Finally after Artemis the Loyal she gets again her own installment - nice to see again also Actaeon. Blackflame, the third book in Cradle series, picks up from where Soulsmith left off, and the book features some of the most exciting narrative and destructive action sequences within the series so far. “The Path of Black Flame was stolen from ancient dragons. The cast of characters has been expanded, and the protagonists and antagonists are clearer now. Don’t get me wrong, the first two books were fun, they were great, and they were necessary installments full of proper foundations that made the ravaging Path of the Blackflame so compelling to read, but it truly felt like the meat of the story begins here. If I were to defined Unsouled as an invitation to Cradle, Soulsmith would be the appetizer, and Blackflame would be where the main course begins. The dragon advances Blackflame advances Cradle into an addictive series to read.
